Off Season Training

Our off-season training program is designed to build stronger, faster, and more confident athletes through focused work on strength, speed, agility, functional movement, and overall football IQ. Athletes ages 8–11 will concentrate on movement fundamentals, coordination, and proper technique, while athletes 12+ will begin structured weight training combined with advanced speed and skill work. Training is held for ages 8–11 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, and for ages 12+ on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM. The program includes eight sessions per month at a cost of $300 or four sessions for $150. One-on-one training available at an additional rate.

Thank you for your interest in our off-season training program. Workouts begin the first week of December. There’s a $50 per-session option as well. Payments can be made through Zelle, Cash App, or cash. We appreciate your support and look forward to working with your athlete.
