Summer Off Season Program

High School & College Performance Training

Designed for athletes serious about taking their game to the next level. This program focuses on strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, conditioning, and injury prevention.

Athletes train 4 times per week:

  • 10am-11:30am

  • 3 gym sessions focused on strength and performance

  • 1 outdoor session at the park, beach, or hills to develop endurance, mental toughness, and athleticism

Training is offered in 2-week blocks and can be continued for up to 6 weeks total.

$200 per 2-week block
8 total sessions (4 per week)
